Our Policies
We value transparency and respect for everyone's time. A deposit is required to secure all bookings, and our cancellation policy helps ensure fair and reliable scheduling. Please review the details below before booking.
Deposits
A $25 deposit is required for standard local service appointments.
A $50 deposit is required for jobs located more than 1 hour from our service base (Lafayette, TN).
Deposit amount goes towards the total amount due.
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Customer can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment with a full refund of the deposit.
If the customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment the deposit becomes non-refundable.
No-show appointments result in forfeit of the full deposit.
If we arrive at the scheduled appointment time and the customer is not present, items are not on site, or client cancels/reschedules upon arrival, the appointment is considered a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
