Service Agreement

By scheduling services with Effortless Assembly, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Scope Of Work

Effortless Assembly provides in-home assembly, installation, and repair services for ready-to-assemble furniture, fitness equipment, outdoor structures, etc. Services are limited to the specific items agreed upon at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Ensure all parts, hardware, and instructions are present before service begins.
• Provide clear and safe access to the work area.
• Keep pets and children away from the workspace during service.

Deposits & Cancellations/No-Show Policy

Deposits, Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show conditions are governed by our Deposits & Cancellation/No-Show Policy, found under Policies.

Damaged or Missing Parts

Effortless Assembly is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, or items damaged prior to arrival. If missing or defective parts prevent completion, assembly may be paused until replacement parts are obtained.

Accidental Damage

Every effort is made to perform services carefully and professionally.

If Effortless Assembly accidentally damages a part during assembly, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the damaged part when possible, or
• Reimburse the customer for the replacement cost of the damaged part only.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the cost of the damaged part or the service fee paid — whichever is lower.

Workmanship Assurance

Assemblers workmanship is verified with the customer at completion of service. No warranty is provided for manufacturer defects, product design flaws, structural failure, or normal wear and tear.

Photos & Marketing

With customer permission, Effortless Assembly may take photos of completed work for portfolio or marketing use. No personal information will be shared.

Communication

By contacting Effortless Assembly, the customer agrees to receive calls or text messages related to scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
